WINGS COMBINED DRUM MOWERS: DESIGNED TO ACHIEVE THE BEST RESULTS WHEN MOWING.

The combined mowers WINGS-T680, WINGS-T680GM, WINGS-T750 and WINGS-T750GM consist of two side 4-drum cutting bars. When mowing, these machines are combined with a front mower. The largest version of the WINGS series reaches a 7,5 m cutting width. To produce high quality forage with the exact degree of humidity in the shortest time, WINGS-T680GM and WINGS-T750GM are equipped with a roller conditioner, which allows you to achieve a uniform and quick drying of the forage.

DRUM CUTTING SYSTEM: HERE ARE ALL ITS ADVANTAGES.

When the ground is damp or marshy and you require quick reliable mowing, the drum system is the best choice. With its simple but solid and sturdy construction, the drum has a fixed supporting axle and appropriately sized transmission assemblies. The lower “idle” disc, which rotates freely, prevents the cutting disc from sinking into the soil, thus adapting to unevenness in the ground. The aims of optimal mowing – perfect cut, reduced impurities in the fodder and turf care – are all achieved. Neat rows and optimal fodder flow are further advantages of the drum mowers.

During road transport and when garaging is needed in periods of inactivity, the combined mower closes with the aid of hydraulic pistons; in this way, the outer mowers are raised up to 90°.

A PERFECTLY COORDINATED MANAGEMENT OF MOVEMENTS.

A hydraulic system equipped with a nitrogen accumulator checks that the pressure on the ground remains constant and allows the entire cutting apparatus to floats, thereby reducing the wear of the parts subject to friction. The mower will automatically adapt to the unevenness of the soil and consequently the cut will be clean and regular.

THE DECISIONS THAT INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY.

To accelerate the drying process and produce optimal quality fodder, the mowers can be provided with a conditioner with helical rubber rollers (Chevron type), where both the rollers are drive rollers due to the dual transmission. This eliminates the risk of clogging. The conditioner is self-cleaning with closed box transmission in an oil bath. As the fodder passes through the rollers, it is compressed and this opens the outer waxy layer of the stems, so that the excess water flows out, while maintaining the body and all the nutritional elements.
